MONDAYS (Oak Room) 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
WEDNESDAYS (Oak room) 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
SATURDAYS (Magnolia) 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (note: no classes on 4/12 and 5/10)
NOTE: starting April 19, classes will be an hour and a half, 2 PM to 3:30 PM
Contemporary lyrical- This movement class takes elements of contemporary and lyrical styles. Will begin with a warm-up to increase flexibility. We then move into a combination movement. My goal is to allow each individual to bring their selves into dance. Connect with the music, and others while learning and growing as a dancer.
