Donation Yoga with
Zoe

Zoe's donation-based yoga class incorporates deep
stretching, flowing through postures, holding challenging poses
and various breathing techniques. Zoe places a great deal of emphasis
on the importance of the breath and being in the moment. In her
class, she usually plays a mix of upbeat, world, and soothing music.
Her yoga classes increase endurance, strength, flexibility and life!
* Although the class is donation and we won't turn anyone away,
we suggest a minimum $12 donation so that expenses for the studio
rental and usage of the electricity and heat are covered. Thank
you.
