Velocity Boot Camp is without a doubt the best way to lose unwanted pounds and inches and get that lean toned beach body you've always wanted. With classes constantly changing, you will maximize results, make new friends and have fun along the way.

 

about Matt

From early teens, I have been a health fitness fanatic. I started learning all different forms of exercise whenever the opportunity came around.
After high school I attended college in Arizona for anatomy, psychology, sports psychology, and nutrition. During this time I already had a full training schedule. At the age of 20, I discovered tha that the best way to get a naturally toned and fit body was through body weight exercise combined with high intensity interval training. I moved to L. A. and spend the following 15 months creating a specific program that became the heart of velocity Boot Camp. There has been nothing like it and best of all, it is fun. With exercises constantly changing, you are always on your toes and never bored.

A Note from Matt sent on 4/27/11: "I wanted to hit you all up so I can give props to one of my clients Randy. He is one of the originals that I started instructing in the boot camp style most of you are familiar with. This guys dream was to drop his weight from 250 LBS to under 200LBS and guess what? HE DID IT! That's right, it took only 4 months of hard work, nutritional coaching and pushing his limits but he made it down to 197 LBS and now want to break 190. Randy is a great example of what anyone could do if they push themselves."
